We got the usual weekly jobless claims this morning, which at 226,000 was roughly in line with forecasts.
Nevertheless, a survey by the Philadelphia Fed on business outlooks showed a rebound in manufacturing – which is some positive news.
Tomorrow is a federal holiday, so there will be no economic data releases.
Next week, the Fed’s favorite inflation gauge comes out.
